Initiate Your Request
Log into your Vintoz account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly manuals, and protective padding are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided in your return portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned home goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
